What Texas homeowners say.

Nick Holub was very professional and thorough in presenting this product and its process of application. The demonstration and video presentation were expertly organized and detailed. All my questions were adequately answered and I’m satisfied with its quality, and affordability.

Great sales staff … was prompt and knew the product… really made it a good exercise

All steps in the process of engaging, scheduling and executing of the task was smooth, professional. Work output is professional (installed 30 hours ago only). Brian, the installer was professional. My shop and garage floors looks great, also the customer service from them is 5 out of 5, had a slight issue with my shop floors and they fixed them no problem thank you guys

Outstanding premier product with a lifetime warranty! Waited before posting a review. After 6.5” of rain last week, the decking remains flawless. No cracking, peeling, or chipping. The shine and anti-slip coating did not degrade at all. Waiting for their new products (granite, marble, and other color choices) before we have the driveways done. Salesperson's presentation explained all facets of the process. He was ple...

Deluxe Garages did a wonderful job on both our garage and back patio. We chose a polyurea base coat with flakes combined with a polyaspartic topcoat. We went with the color Shoreline. The finished product looks so nice. We are incredibly pleased with the entire job. We had a great onsite visit from Justin to manage the site evaluation, product description/explanation, Q&A, payment options, and contract. Our installer...

Deluxe Garages installed a polyaspartic coating on our garage floor. Everyone we interacted with, from the person who came to provide a quote to the project team who did the job, were very professional and our garage looks great!

The guys did a fantastic job . They were on time and cleaned everything up.

Met with Jordan to get an estimate for covering my pati. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. After reviewing the price, decided to expand the project to include the driveway as well.

This product looks great covering my old, broken deck. It seems to be durable, and it is not as hot to walk on as my old deck. The only issue I have is where the deck was unlevel. It is easily visible where offsets were on my old deck. These offsets were about 1/4 inch in difference. It does look better that it did but it still catches the eye of whoever happens by. I asked for someone from Deluxe Garages to come by...

Paige and Michael were amazing! They worked so efficiently and got the job done in no time!! They were super professional and absolutely in love with the garage! The floor looks amazing! Cannot wait to load it up with our workout equipment and storage containers! These photos were taken before the final coat was placed on & it was cleaned up on the edges! I’ll post another photo of what it truly looks like

From the start, I felt the entire process was very professional. The salesman that came by my home, worked with my schedule and answered my questions about the process and helped me choose the color. The two crews arrived on time, setup, and quickly prepared the crecrete. surface, rolled on the bonding material, evenly spread the decorative flakes and scraped excess off, then rolled on the top coat of protective coat...

The floors are stunning! I am so happy I did this especially on my small porch put back. Also, Brian my sales rep was fabulous with his advise and follow up after the install. No regrets. Thank you Nrian and team!

The estimate process was so easy and Austin was so friendly and professional! Im excited to get it done!

The process was simple. Sales rep showed up on the scheduled date in Aug. Picked my patten, Paid half upfront. Soonest scheduled date was 14 of SEP. crew showed up early at 07:30 ready to work and finished the job by 14;30. Paid the other half and was happy with the results!

Great product and very professional installers

Matt was very knowledgeable and thorough. The process was easy and fun selecting colors and scheduling the install.

CHANGED TO EXCEPTIONAL. Had a very specific purpose to repair a patio which had a bad area that needed to be smoothed out...to make it appear like a solid smooth surface. The repaired area is HORRIBLE! The unrepaired area looks great, but the area I that needed finished out and covered will have to redone by someone else. WE ARE VERY VERY DISSATISED since this area was the only reason that we went with this product a...

This company really did a great job in transforming our cracked, ugly garage floor into a smooth, shiny, inviting space! Luis and Edward were excellent workers who not only were right on time, but checked with us along the way to be certain that they were meeting our desires and expectations.

Crew showed up on time each day and did a fantastic job for us!

The crew were very friendly and answered questions. They arrived on time and finished the work on a timely manner. The was done on the pool deck, limestone .

Exterior patio flooring

We just had our concrete pool deck coated for safety, color and temperature by Deluxe Garages. We had them put down Reva-Flex Rubber coating with a resin binder. The crew phoned before arriving and were on site on time. They worked quietly, professionally and quickly. The pool deck was coated b 2 P.M. and the crew was cleaned up and gone at 2:30 P.M. The pool deck looks great, and we can't wait to get back in! I can...

We had the most amazing group of people working on our patio and pool deck. They work so hard and it’s rare to find workers that work as hard as they have they finish the product. It looks beautiful and were extremely happy. We would recommend this company anytime.

Great job from start to finish. The proof is in the workmanship and ownership. The attention to detail was great.

They're backed up on work so I didn't get scheduled until July 28th. I had the pool deck and patio refinished. Two crews showed up at 8 am and got to work. They were all business and no fooling around. I was given the instructions on curing the decking and cleaned up the mess before they left. In a few months I will have my garage floor done and the will be the company I call.

I would absolutely recommend Deluxe Garages to anyone looking to upgrade their garage. Thank you for helping bring my vision to life. Five stars!

Everything was completed on time and as scheduled. The installers worked in 110 degree heat to finish the job and it looks great! We would highly recommend Deluxe Garages.

Easy and seamless process from sale to execution. Austin was our initial contact, he was great, answered all questions and even called the day prior to install to make sure we were set. Installation was easy, took 1 day and it looks beautiful.

Such a great experience from sales to install.

Great experience, great guys who did the work, Preston and Jeremiah. Their clean up was amazing and floor is absolutely beautiful!! Very happy with Deluxe Garage!!

I’ll start with our salesman, Justin. He was respectful while laying out what Deluxe Garages had to offer over other companies. No pressure. Just facts. Nothing is outsourced. Superior floor covering surface and offering their employees a competitive wage were great selling points for us. The installation crew was on time and very respectful and clear while explaining the entire process to me. They had some equipment...

Aaron did a FANTASTIC job explaining the process that is entailed in doing our pool area. He is a very personable individual and didn't pressure us in making a decision. We did decide to have the work done because it really seems to be what we were looking for to cover the two different tiles we have. Now we will have one cohesive flooring that looks great..

I have had problems keeping any paint to stick to our concrete back porch. We decided to put a floor covering on. Deluxe Garages came out and gave us a great estimate. Came out and in one day put the most beautiful floor covering down. Fast and great price nice people. I had a couple spots I didn’t like and after looking at sent the same person out to replace the spot. He redid the entire area.

Top notch experience from beginning to completion. Every person we dealt with was professional, personable and dedicated to making our experience a great one. Special kudos to our salesman Mathew, John and Mario from your Austin team and the gentleman whose name I’ve forgotten who finished our pool deck today so we would be ready for the 4th.

Deluxe garages staff and crew were very friendly and helpful. The crew on site were fantastic and very friendly and took care of a request I had with no issue. We are considering adding more Revafkex to our backyard and will 100% call them if we do.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They came out on a Saturday and gave me free quote. I wasn’t sure of what I wanted for the garage floor. They are honest, upfront and gave me a few options with pros and cons of each.

STEVEN was a sterling representative for the company. Provided us a variety of ideas through his gallery of previous jobs. Felt thoroughly comfortable with him during his required tasks and his presentation was impressive and complete. He was patient and responsive to our time needed to come to a decision Great overall experience, hope the install goes as well.

Matthew was great explaining the Revaflex coating. I looking forward to seeing it installed.

Deluxe Garages is an amazing company! Our pool project looks fantastic, and everyone is very professional and friendly! Our pavers around the pool were scorching hot, they were able to cover over the existing pavers and now we can walk without burning our feet..our dogs love it too!

Deluxe Garages did an awesome job on our pool deck. We love it. The team was vey professional and polite. Thank you.

The product and process is awesome. The attention to detail could be better. There is some uneven spots that need to be touched up. Clean up could be better they dropped primer on my flagstone and left a mess on my sidewalk from some kind of liquid.

My pool deck had an existing rubber surface that was very poorly applied by a previous provider a few years ago and have been looking for someone to help me solve it without killing me on pricing. Deluxe Garages came though in a big way. They offered an option that was fairly priced to solve the issue. Needless to say I had a very healthy amount of skepticism based on my previous experience. A small hiccup in the beginning but overall a great job. Salesman was clear, Installation crew was dedicated, polite and focused. A little confusion on the date of installation between office text and verbal instructions from sales. The difference of one day. So, I made sure I was ready on the first day. All worked out, for a good experience. I’ll send my business to them again in the future.

Extremely knowledgeable company representative! Explained in detail the product used and the guarantees the company stand by! Very excited to get this project going!

The technicians were professional and courteous. They did a great job with only a couple of small problems which they corrected. Due to weather we were delayed twice and rescheduling was difficult. All said I would use them again.

Very friendly and easy setup! The installation was very smooth and workers were fast professional to ensure my project turned out good🙂 explained the process and how to maintain/care for my flooring!

I must say it was a pleasure meeting/working with Sean from Deluxe Garages when I was requesting estimates from different resurfacing companies for our pool deck resurfacing. He was welcoming, thorough, and although he wasn’t the lowest estimate I received, I appreciated the professionalism and in-depth explanation of the resurfacing process. That is why I chose Deluxe Garages. Once the project was scheduled, I dealt...

Had pavers covered. Looks fantastic. Would highly recommend. Will be low maintenance which is what we were looking for.

Matthew was great to work with, very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the process

Let me just say, if the service gets any better than this, I’m here for it. Outstanding job by David and Tristan. Two young gentleman that provided service with a smile. They answered all questions, then got to work, no “la-le-gaggin”, they were finished in maybe 3 hours. Didn’t bother me for anything and notified me of all the steps as they were working. Thanks for the great job guys. I’m so stoked, I’m trying to fi...

I am happy with the job on my garage floor. I’ve been wanting this done for a while and am glad I went with Deluxe Garages. They did everything as quoted and the crew that did installation did a great job. There were two little spots that I want touched up and they agreed to take care of it.

We expected a great new pool decking and we got that and more. Not only is it beautiful but the two crews who did the work were great. They worked hard to get it done in one day! We are extremely happy with our new pool decking. Thank you!

We decided to have our aging garage floor coated with a Polyuria flooring application. The Deluxe Garages staff from Admin to Applicators were courteous and spot on throughout the entire event. This is a Customer First organization. They were always right on schedule and delivered a beautiful garage floor. We are so very satisfied and wanted to share a much deserved Recognition for their efforts. If I had to do it al...

Delayed in completing the job was unsettling. When that happened I spoke to the sales person I initially dealt with and he was awesome. When the floor tech returned to complete the job the following day I knew that he had been told to go to another job which was a 2 hour drive one way from my location is why he could not complete my job. Poor planing and zero communication to me. However he, David Mills was very prof...

Shout out to Ryan and Daniel for their patience with us on choosing our color for the pool deck. Ready for our install!!

We decided to do our pool deck and had Deluxe Garages come out. Ryan Cahill came out to measure and bid our project. We were so pleased with his attitude and promotion of this product that we chose this company to do the job! Also want to thank co-worker , Daniel, for making special trip to bring us a sample of a different color. Both have gone above and beyond and the installation is soon to come!

So far, everything has been great! From the salesman Daniel Oxley to the crew chief Arthur, we have had a great experience.

I highly recommend Deluxe Garages of Grapevine for their exceptional work installing our new Evolution Flake garage floor. The transformation is incredible—the floor looks great and, more importantly, it is so much easier to keep clean than the standard concrete. Our salesman and primary contact, Shaun Thompson, made the entire experience seamless. He was incredibly proactive and quick to keep us informed at every sta...

Having revaflex installed on our patio around our pool was an interesting experience. It did not start well with the crew arriving not knowing what the contract called for (removal of flaking kool cote). After a 3 hour delay and some discussion with maintenance lead, the crew got started. We wanted one color inside the coping of the pool extending out 3 inches from the pool's edge. My wife and saw them starting the i...

Looks great and we had a down pour a couple of hours after the guys completed the work with no effects on the project.

Another great job by the crew of Deluxe Garages, in and out in one day.

The two gentlemen that did my garage floor were great., Awesome personalities answered all my questions; they were subject matter experts, and did an awesome job. I would recommend this company to anyone who wish to have their garage floors redone.

Same review comments as on the Deluxe Garage provided on the company website.

I'm very happy with how the overall look turned out. The install was seamless and the technician was very descriptive and attentive.

Jackson gave us an estimate, selected our color & booked our date to get the work done in early January. Deluxe garages came & the guys were professional, nice, friendly & did a great job. We will do more areas in the spring. We would high recommend them. Thank you!

My sales person was Jeremiah and he was very nice and professional and knowledgeable about the company and the products they offer. I would recommend Deluxe Garages to my Neighbors, Family and friends.

The product looks fabulous, the salesmen was not a hard sale and I can't wait for them to install.

AWESOME work. This was a patio project. Great price, easy scheduling, on time, friendly. Previously did our 3 car garage with the same results 👍🏽

Excellent work!! Garage looks like new. Daniel was a very pleasant and professional person to conduct business with. He explained the entire procedure in detail and convinced me to get the work done. The floor team workers that came to work on my garage floor did an excellent job. The team cleaned up and left the garage floor in mint condition. My garage floor is beautiful. The workers worked professional and did a great job.

Dustin Cox was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable

Went smooth as silk! Professional crew, flawless epoxy coating, transformed my garage into a showroom floor. Five stars, highly recommend!

So far we are very pleased with the dealings we have had with Deluxe Garages. Preston came out, went over everything in great detail and answered all our questions. We are now scheduled for installation in a couple weeks. Very pleased with our choice to go with them.

Excellent install and finish. Very happy with end result.

Joshua arrived at 7:45 am and immediately began working. The garage floor was completed by about 1:00. We left it alone for four days to be extra careful and aired out due ti the heavy fumes from the epoxy. We chose the blue with flecks and it is beautiful.

Sales representative very professional and informative. Work scheduled and crew attentive to detail and high quality. Thank you all

I’m very happy with my new pool deck rubberized coating Everything from the inspection to the quote and installation was very professional and executed flawlessly

Austin and David did a great job on the floor. Looks great!

They did a very good job and would use them for future projects.

The price was good and they came out on schedule like they was suppose to on time and accurate work. The finishing was just missing some spots on front of garage where they missed the resin to flakes and was left some pointy spots. Plus they was in rush that they even forgot there resin bucket in my house on the side of house.

From the start, I felt the entire process was very professional. The salesman that came by my home, worked with my schedule and answered my questions about the process and helped me choose the color. It was totally awesome! Sean was outstanding and took me through the process with his great customer service and knowledge, seamlessly. Getting my garage and patio sealed!!

They made it super easy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Was better looking when it was finished than I thought it would.

Friendly encounter with no pressure sale. Variety of choices to pay for services. Given ample time to decide on work. Easy set up on financial options. Very good experience.

The service was great! On time and promp with excellent preparation. My garage floor looks really nice and detailed from corner to corner. The only problem is that they didn’t clean my garage door afterwards. It’s filthy. Other than that they did a great job.

So far the experience with Deluxe Garage Floors has been very Pleasant! No harassing to give them an answer like most companies! Jackson was very Professional in his presentation and gave us the time to make a decision! Can’t wait to see the transformation of our porch!!!

The design consultant was very pleasant and knowledgeable, the turnaround time from signing up to both garages being scheduled very fast, and the work being done in one day was awesome. The guys that did the work were great and cleared everything up after they were done. The floors are beautiful, it's kind of a shame to put everything back in now...

Deluxe Garages did an awesome job on my Garage floor! Joseph and his assistant were great, they explained the whole process, asked me if I had any questions and worked quickly and efficiently. They showed up on time, 7:30 am and finished the entire job by 1:30 and this included removing old vinyl flooring. I can't say enough about their incredible workmanship.
